The rhythm was set by the draught from a breeze that softly cooled the space of the restaurant. With elegant movements, swaying and wobbling independently of the loud music, the fabric strips appeared to exist in their own world, in contrast to the turbo-folk music blaring from the interior. An odd combination between high and low culture&#8230; (In spite of the existence of quite a lot of clubs and caf\u00e9s where turbo-folk music could be heard, there is censorship in the media, so such music is not broadcast on radio and television.
